Ok the value of my Elk River property just went up. Mucho Loco is a Mexican restaurant that has filled a long standing gap in food offerings in Elk River. I know we have Chipotle but this is REAL Mexican food. Now if you've been to Acapulco you might be thinking, we can go to Ramsey or Coon Rapids for that. THIS IS BETTER. I've never had Mexican sides so good and the Chimichanga and Carne Asada we had was outstanding. Much better than most any other Mexican food i've ever had. The margarita's are equally excellent and the atmosphere inside is pleasant and encourages you to relax with friends or family. Sit at the bar, pub tables or the more spacious family dining tables you can't go wrong at Mucho Loco. Here is the take out menu for a sample of that Mucho Loco Elk River has to offer.
