Otsego now has its own Holiday Inn Hotel and Water Park located right on the new Otsego Riverfront development. Conveniently located next to a great restaurant the Black Wood Grill, the Holiday Inn and Water Park should be a great place to stay and play. If the Holiday Inn experiences anything like the popularity of the Grand Rios Water Park Hotel in Brooklyn Park parents will find this new Otsego hotel a great place to take the kids for parties or just a getaway during the winter. These pictures were taken before the Holiday Inn Water Park officially opened. You can see that a lazy river winds around the water park and a play area fort offers water jets and smaller slides. The large water park slide has a swirls bowl on one end and a hot tub for relaxing is on the other end of the Holiday Inn Water Park in Otsego. The Holiday Inn Otsego Hotel opened on August 15, 2005 and the Holiday Inn Water Park will open on August 26, 2005 with a grand opening scheduled for September 23-25.
