Brinzas Meat Market is located next to Home Depot in Elk River.  When Brinzas opened I figured great, a third meat market in Elk River.  However after shopping at Brinzas Meat Market and trying several of their meats I was impressed with the selection and quality of the meats at Brinzas Meat Market.  We started with a Feta and Spinach stuffed Chicken Breast which was moist and delicious.  Then another night we had Taco Crusted Tilapia and also tried their Filet Mignon and Coconut Crusted Tilapia.  All were excellent.  What sets Brinzas Meat Market apart is not only the unique food items but the freshness of the meat.  The BBQ Chicken Breast was every bit as moist as the stuffed breast and the Fillet Mignon filled the backyard with a great aroma and tasted as good.  I look forward to buying many dinners at Brinzas Meat Market in Elk River.
